Tagliatelle with 2 salmon



Serves 4

400 g fresh salmon

200 g smoked salmon

250 g Tagliatelle

25 cl of fresh cream

1 spoonful of olive oil

Basil



Remove the skin (and bones if necessary) from the fresh salmon

Lightly fry the diced salmon in olive oil


Cook the pasta in boiling water

Drain


Mix everything with the fresh cream


Serve on a plate and place a few strips of smoked salmon on top

You can add a slice of lemon, some basil and some cherry tomatoes for decoration
